On behalf of our client in the print and marketing sector, TreowGroup is seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner (SPCBP) to lead and elevate the People & Culture function at their Ottawa facility.

The Senior People & Culture Business Partner will be the on-site P&C lead in Ottawa: a trusted partner to leadership and a visible, accessible resource for employees.
This is a hands-on role that requires walking the floor, building strong relationships, and delivering practical solutions. Supported fully by the Toronto Head Office team, the SPCBP will focus on recruitment, employee engagement, learning & development, health & safety, and implementing EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) initiatives that drive alignment and accountability.

What You’ll Do Business Partnership & Recruitment
Act as the primary People & Culture partner to local leaders and employees.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
Support workforce planning and organizational needs in alignment with business goals.
Learning & Development
Deliver onboarding and training programs that build employee capability.
Partner with Head Office to roll out leadership development and L&D initiatives.
Employee Experience & Engagement
Build strong relationships by being present and approachable on the floor.
Support performance management, coaching leaders on effective feedback and accountability.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and retention.
Health & Safety
Oversee local workplace health & safety programs, ensuring compliance with Ontario legislation.
Champion a safety-first culture by partnering with operations and delivering training and awareness.
Policy, Compliance & EOS Implementation
Implement and reinforce People & Culture policies and practices aligned with Head Office standards.
Guide leaders and employees through employee relations, compliance, and investigations.
Play an active role in implementing EOS initiatives such as scorecards, accountability charts, and meeting cadences.
What You Bring
5+ years of progressive People & Culture / HR experience, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and safety.
Strong knowledge of Ontario employment law, HR best practices, and workplace safety requirements.
Experience with hands-on HR delivery in manufacturing, print, logistics, or similar industries is an asset.
Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a competitive market.
Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organization.
CHRP/CHRL designation (or equivalent) preferred.
Familiarity with structured operating models (EOS, Lean, or similar) is a strong advantage.
