WinstonBrock Recruitment is partnering with a well-established, financially stable company to hire a Payroll Administrator for an existing vacancy. In this role, you will report to the HR Manager, oversee payroll and support Human Resources operations. This position is 100% on-site and best suited to someone who enjoys being close to the operation, collaborating with internal teams, and owning payroll end-to-end.

The opportunity to support the Human Resources function of a manufacturing company
Your day-to-day will include:
Process payroll accurately and on time
Maintain payroll data integrity and legislative compliance
Administer statutory deductions including CPP, EI, and income tax
Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Prepare payroll reports
Validate timesheets and payroll inputs
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Provide administrative support related to onboarding documentation and employee changes
Assist with benefits enrolment changes as they relate to payroll deductions
Support HR with basic administrative tasks as needed
You’ll be a great fit if you bring:
1–5 years payroll experience
Manufacturing or hourly workforce exposure
Strong working knowledge of Ontario payroll legislation, including ESA requirements
Experience working with payroll systems and HRIS platforms (considered an asset)
High attention to detail and confidentiality
