About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Offset Press Helper works closely with the Press Operator to ensure sheet-fed offset presses run efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for preparing materials, monitoring the feeder, and assisting with general press operations and maintenance.

In this role, you will receive:

• Compensation: A base salary of $42,000–$50,000 commensurate with experience.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Prepare, operate, and troubleshoot the press feeder on sheet-fed offset presses.
• Continuously monitor material flow to ensure consistent quality and zero-defect feeding.
• Assist the Press Operator in maintaining efficient press performance and minimizing downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacement of small parts.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the feeder, press area, and surrounding workspace.
• Follow all company safety policies at all times and perform additional production support tasks to ensure a smooth workflow.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ year of experience feeding a sheet-fed offset press is preferred.
• Previous experience in the printing industry is considered a strong asset.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and multitask effectively.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, flexible, and a dedicated team player.
